Not a bad week at 9-4 for me. The Prince is still relying on his animal vs animal method and it’s still failing. He’s 8, so trying to convince him to change his method is proving difficult. We simply don’t tell him his results during the games and he doesn’t get upset. Ah the things parents do to keep their kids happy.
Anyway, results..my Titans lost miserably to the Steelers, but I knew that game was a toss up anyway. Bruised egos aside, that home field advantage worked for Pittsburgh. Minnesota pulled out their win, but Indy still couldn’t their act together without Manning, which is honestly kind of pathetic. I am surprised the Giants couldn’t hold their own, at home no less, against the Seahawks. And kudos to Oakland. Right before the games started I had thought about changing that pick seeing as how Oakland would be playing with a great deal of emotion and huge desire to win after the death of owner Al Davis. But sometimes that emotion can go the other way too; so I stuck with Houston, at home. I’m sort of glad I lost that pick.
So here are the results for the Prince and I for week 5.
